Our ball will shine the spotlight on the rightfully popular Argentine tango.

Due to the great interest in the event, it is recommended to reserve your place as soon as possible (preferably by Dec. 15). The participation fee is not fixed, it is invoiced in the form of a donation, in the amount of HUF 60,000 - 100,000, according to individual decisions, so please indicate the preferred amount of your donation in the comments at registration.

How can I donate and participate on the event?

The registration to the event becomes valid with an advance payment of HUF 30,000, which (only for registrants coming through Swisscham Hungary, transferred to the Chamber) can be settled as a donation until January 15. (The amount will be forwarded in its entirety to the Budapest Festival Orchestra by the Chamber). Before January 15, the event can be cancelled free of charge. In case of a later cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. The participation fee for the ball is HUF 38,100, which can be settled based on the invoice received from our Chamber in addition to the deposit. If you would like to further support the Orchestra by purchasing a VIP package, this can be done as a donation, similarly to the deposit.
