The working organization of the Chamber is managed by the director, who is elected and recalled by the Board. The director performs this activity in an employment relationship and her position is considered a management role, over whom the president exercises the employer’s rights.
Tasks:
- the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly and the Board
- managing the daily affairs of the Chamber, representing the association within the framework of the Statutes, making and implementing operational decisions within the scope of the association’s activities
- exercising the employer’s rights over the employee(s).
- preparing the annual report and the balance sheet and submitting them to the Board
- preparing the annual budget and submitting it to the Board
- the preparation of the establishment of the Chamber’s bodies according to the legislation and the Statutes and the election of officials
- participation in the general assembly and answering questions about the Chamber
- register of members
- managing the decisions, organizational documents and other books of the Chamber
- preservation of documents related to the operation of the Chamber
