Swisscham Hungary cordially invites all of its members to attend the Chamber’s Annual General Assembly.

The assembly will be followed by a standing reception.

Important Notice: In order for the assembly to have quorum, more than half of all Members must be present.

If quorum is not reached by 11:00 a.m., the assembly will be reconvened at 11:30 a.m., and will be considered valid regardless of the number of Members present.

For this reason, we kindly ask as many members as possible to attend.

One representative per Member company is sufficient for official participation (though more may attend as guests).

The materials related to the agenda items will be sent shortly and will also be uploaded to the Chamber’s website at the same time.
