ibor Kovács is a prominent leader in the Hungarian media industry, with nearly three decades of senior management and industry experience. He spent more than 20 years with the Hungarian subsidiary of Swiss-based Ringier, serving as CEO from 2019 to 2026 and overseeing the publisher of leading brands including Blikk, GLAMOUR and Auto Bild.

He previously headed the Hungarian Publishers’ Association for sixteen years and currently serves as its Honorary President. He is also President of the Hungarian Reprographic Association and a member of the Supervisory Board of WAN-IFRA, the World Association of News Publishers.
