We had a truly memorable day at the Blue Ribbon Business Summit in Balatonfüred. Fortunately, the weather improved after the previous storms subsided, and we were able to sail out in sunny weather and witness the start of the Blue Ribbon Sailing Race up close. Following this, we successfully hosted the business forum for the third time, in collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland and Philip Morris Hungary.
This year’s professional forum again focused on sustainability, expanding the conversation to include not only environmental factors but also social and competitiveness considerations. During the event, we proudly presented the newly established Sustainable and Competitive Society Award, which was supported financially by Philip Morris Hungary and awarded to the Foundation for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Cancer Patients. The award was presented by Bence Gerlaki, State Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy, who graciously served as the patron of the award.
To top off the day, from the terrace of the Vitorlás Restaurant, we had an excellent view of the race’s first finishers, who reached the finish line with record-breaking speeds, thanks to the strong winds.
