Our Holinstinct webinar series continued on 27 August 2024. The second episode of the series focused on Strategies for Maintaining Mental Fitness.
This time, the webinar was introduced by Dr. István Béres, President of Swisscham Hungary, followed by a brief introduction of the two speakers, Bernadett Tresó and Mária Udvardi-Gocs, both living in Switzerland, who founded the startup Holinstinct after many years of experience in the corporate world. The project aims to promote health at the workplace level based on a holistic approach.
From the presentations in the second part of the webinar, we learned about the 3 most important things you need to understand to be mentally fit and to have a mind-body balance. We also gained useful and meaningful insights into cognitive recalibration and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, as well as mindfulness exercises to combat workplace stress and increase mental focus.
After the presentation, a short Q&A session was followed by a Q&A session to ask questions and outline the topics for the third part of the series.
The third part of the webinar series will take place on 4 November and will be announced separately.
