The Swisscham HR Café was once again a very useful and thought-provoking event that explored the issue of retaining key people through concrete examples and practical experiences of leadership attitudes. The panel discussion highlighted that although industries face different challenges, the foundations of successful retention strategies are built around individual attention, development opportunities and a credible leadership presence.
