The right knife makes cooking more exciting, safer, and more efficient. This workshop will show how to handle quality knives properly and get the most out of them in everyday cooking.
What the workshop covers:
- Which knife is used for what? Slicing knife, chef’s knife, filleting knife, bread knife – learn the functions and uses of each type.
- How to keep knives sharp and why a sharp knife is better than a dull one.
- Knife skills in practice: not only will your dishes look better, but the flavors and textures will also reach a new level with the right techniques.
Culinary experience:
Participants will prepare and taste dishes, practicing the skills learned during the workshop. See and feel firsthand the difference a good knife and proper technique can make.
