Members of our Chamber participated at the January launch event of the LeitnerLeitner Group, attended by clients and employees of the company.  The event was opened by Márta Siklós, Partner of LeitnerLeitner Group, with a short introduction, followed by a surprise guest and first speaker, Ákos Péter Bod, Professor at Corvinus University, who gave a presentation on the economic outlook for the region and Hungary.

Following the presentation, the firm’s new subsidiary Leitner Law was introduced, which will provide high quality legal services to the firm’s clients, with a special focus on medium-sized family businesses operating in Hungary. The presentation was continued by two of the firm’s tax partners, who spoke about the importance of employee retention, changes of transfer pricing rules and talked about important tax changes for 2024.

The evening was closed with an informal reception, which provided an opportunity for valuable networking.
