Over the last decade, he together with his teams have been helping designers, builders and investors to meet their targets by using state-of-the- art technologies and modern processes to increase efficiency during the entire lifecycle of a building. From luxury residential construction in Switzerland, to Facility Management of a 15 km2 campus in Qatar and coordinating installations on 40 levels office towers in Poland, their expertise allowed them to impact the multiple facets of real estate.

He co-founded an innovation hub for a real estate group in Geneva, helping to tackle the multiple construction challenges on residential projects and offices in Switzerland. He also founded REALTI SWISS SA, a company of experts helping Architects, Engineers and Developers to strive in the digital era of real estate. The firm gather specialists in AEC who operate at every stage: conception, construction, and operation.

Julien holds various architect and BIM degrees from VIA University College, Warsaw School of Technology and University of Strasbourg.
