Central and Eastern Europe hosts some of the world’s most active developer communities. These grassroots networks are a powerful lever for accelerating AI adoption beyond centralised training approaches. 

This impulse session explores Eskadra Bielika, a community-driven initiative around Poland’s leading open language model, supported by Google. The focus is not on tools, but on the operating model behind the success: a train-the-trainer approach where community leaders joined an intensive bootcamp and then enabled over 2,000 developers locally to build real-world RAG solutions.
